Lease terms vary by property and availability.
We ask for a commitment of 12 weeks. If you would like a shorter stay please notify your leasing agent. For a one-time fee of $200 you may opt for a shorter flexible stay.
Move-in dates depend on room availability and completion of the application, screening, approval, lease, and required move-in steps.
Most members move in within 2 business days of being approved.
True Coliving homes are shared by members who have independently applied and been approved. We do not guarantee specific housemates. Most homes are shared with 1-2 roommates.
Policies vary by property. Pets are not allowed due to the nature of shared housing.
No overnight guests are allowed. Guest must leave no later than 11:00pm CST to protect your roommates quiet time.
